Shows: Where would you be this Easter?

Easter as popularly known around the globe is a period of reflection on the Crucifixion, death and Resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. But interestingly, many squander the federal government approved holiday doing things other than reflect on the reason for the season: JC.

In case you are one of those wondering what you can do this period to boost your spirit and revitalize your body, here are tips:

• SQTIW (Spend Quality Time In Worship):  Our daily business of life, leaves most of us getting in and out of bed daily without communing with the Sovereign One and we somehow feel we are so far from him. Well here's your chance to get back on track: don't sleep the holiday away. Whilst sleep is important, rest of mind is of Greater value. SQTIW, don't ask for anything and you'd see the result.
• Don't Be Too Hard On Yourself: Whilst you really need to get back on track and worship two hours or more like you used to do, remember that change is not automatic. You may do ten minutes in the morning and any other time during the day but rest assured that the constant repetition of an action makes its performance almost automatic. 
• Fellowship with the Brethren: Make e no be like say I no quote scripture "not forsaking the assembly of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching"Heb10:25 NKJV. There are obviously many gatherings this Easter from secular to Spiritual: since we don't wanna do anything counter productive to our drive for a healthy spiritual well being, let me recommend:

  • And there is GI13 (Great Impact 2013) organized by the House of Grace Church, Satellite Town, Lagos.
  This is an annual All Believers' Easter Camp meeting scheduled for March 28- April1, 2013 @ Ascon (the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria Badagry, Lagos.) Great Impact promises to be a bumper package with Pastor Chris Delvan Gwamna, Pastor Hassan Boyle from Ireland and many more ministers billed to be present.
  Might still be possible to register, it promises to be a time when God is going to speak to and bless His people with His rich presence. I'd be there live.
